Privacy policy

This translation is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

This website only collects the information you enter in its forms and the messages you choose to send us on WhatsApp. It uses neither audience measurement nor advertising.

Data collected

Assessment

Full name, company, work email, your answers to the questionnaire and the resulting estimate. Your answers are only sent if you ask to receive your assessment.

Partner application

Full name, company, work email, phone (optional), line of business, number of business clients and message.

WhatsApp conversation

If you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your profile name and the content of your messages.

Why we use it

  • To send you your assessment and contact you about it.
  • To review your application and arrange an initial conversation.
  • To reply to your WhatsApp messages.
  • To follow up on your request in our customer relationship management tool.
  • If you represent a company, presenting our offers to you by email at your business address (business-to-business prospecting).

This processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us and in making our services known to companies. Every prospecting email contains a link to stop receiving them; your request is honoured without delay.

Who has access to it

Only the ProSuite team in charge of answering you and its technical providers:

  • OVH SAS, in France, for hosting the website and our customer relationship management tool;
  • Gandi SAS, in France, for sending our emails;
  • WhatsApp (Meta group), if you choose to write to us through this channel, under its own terms;
  • ProSuite Africa, our team in Benin, which handles part of the support and development and may, for that purpose, access your data.

Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

Transfers outside the European Union

Benin is not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission: access by ProSuite Africa is governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission, a copy of which you can obtain by writing to us. WhatsApp messages follow Meta's terms. No other transfer takes place outside the European Union.

How long we keep it

Three years from our last contact, after which it is deleted, unless a contractual relationship has been entered into in the meantime.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, and at any time to prospecting, or ask for its restriction or portability. Write to us at contact@prosuite.technology. contact@prosuite.technology.

The simplest way is to use the form below: your request goes straight into our register, and we answer it within one month.

ProSuite OOD has not appointed a data protection officer: the appointment is not mandatory for our activity. Any question about your data can be sent to the same address.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country: the CNIL (French data protection authority) in France, or the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses no advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. The platform hosting it may set a session cookie and store technical information in your browser's local storage, which it needs in order to work. The font is hosted with the website: no request is sent to any third-party service during your visit.

A consent banner, managed with ProAdmin, our consent management service, keeps your preference; you reopen it at any time with the “Manage my cookies” link at the bottom of the page. Your choice stays in your browser, and ProAdmin keeps proof of it in a time-stamped receipt, without identity (your choice and the banner version), for 13 months. If you wish, you can track your choices in a ProAdmin space in your name.
