SaveMailAttachments
Saves the attachments of the received message (poste.mail event) into the row's file field. Optional pattern: *.pdf, or part of the name. Applied by ODESA with the writes, all or nothing. Outside poste.mail, the record must be a row of a table with a ProMail view: the attachments of its message.
