The team's mailbox
A mailbox on top of a table: one message per record, with its status, category, owner and follow-up. The team sorts, replies and files the attachments.
What it shows
The messages from one or more mailboxes, and the open message with its attachments.
What you do with it
- Reply, forward, file, assign, follow up.
- Act on several messages at once.
- Save an attachment to the record.
- Add notes and history tabs through Logic.
What the table needs
- A mail table created for a mailbox collected by ODESA.
Good to know
- Message bodies are read live from the mailbox: a connection is needed.
